From the video call survey (as I was in uk) Arranging collection time to suit me able to get over to Spain. (Not that it was necessary but I needed to be in Spain to tie up other things) The inventory and packing a few bits as I'd done the majority a long time before. Being kept up to date with delivery etc. Really friendly, professional and reliable from everyone involved from phone calls, collection and delivery. “From the time we spoke to Mick Cox
and Paul Burt we knew that we had made the right choice of company. They were very professional and friendly and put our minds at ease with moving all our possessions to another country. We never had any problems communicating with them at any stage of our dealings with them for both storage and moving our possessions. The actual furniture delivery was dealt with by four very friendly and hardworking men who were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them when bringing the items to any specified room. All-in-all 10 out of 10.”

“Dear Mick, A note to let you know how pleased I have been with the service
from Indalo Transport both before the move, the pack up and the delivery. I’ve done 24 international moves in my life and I can honestly say that this was the best and even most enjoyable! If a house move can ever be enjoyable. You have a great team. They work well together, flow to the work, help each other and are happy and cheerful to be around. The pack up crew went out of their way to help. The dismantling of the fridge delayed them significantly but they kept going with cheerful determination. The move in crew struggled up two flights of a spiral staircase to get my boxes to the only storage space available. It was a big ask. They were exhausted and stayed to the end to get the van emptied and my boxes where I needed them. Each one of these people is gold for your business and a real competitive advantage for you. I have had a couple of dreadful moves and the difference every time was the quality of the team impacting on the service the customer ie me, experienced. I have one suggestion which Ray tells me is being fixed for the future. The suggestion is there should always be one team member who both packs and unloads. The sense of ‘unloading blind’ because no one had packed it felt like something which would have helped the process. The boxes I have unpacked were very well done and I am sure the rest will be too but I haven’t unpacked all the boxes yet. I’ll let you know if there is anything amiss.
