It's the second time I have used Indalo to move. I can honestly say they are brilliant. Paul in the office listens to everything you ask for and need. The men that did the removals were great. Even though there was a problem at notary which delayed them a good 5 hours, they were good natured, helpful, kind and funny. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a stress free move. particularly with the Spanish removal team. They were professional, careful, and efficient, and dealt with everything promptly once the shipment arrived in Spain. It’s fair to say that with a move of this scale – involving two countries – some issues are almost inevitable. In our case, part of the Spanish team’s work involved rectifying damage and losses that had occurred during the UK leg of the move, which had been handled by a contracted UK team rather than the Spanish crew themselves. What really stood out was how the Spanish team handled this. They went the extra mile to resolve the issues, were proactive, calm, and thorough, and took real pride in making sure everything was put right. Their focus was clearly on ensuring we were satisfied with the final outcome. International moves are complex, and while not everything went perfectly, the quality of service in Spain made a real difference. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Mick and Paul were always at the end of the phone answering my never ending questions. They were great during the video call looking into every cupboard and room to gauge what stuff we needed moving from the UK. They knew the area and the house we were moving to very well so this made it easier for us knowing this. When it came to packing day a team of lovely chaps wrapped and boxed everything in our home taking care with all our belongings. We left it completely to them just making cups of tea when needed. We were kept uptodate as to where our truck was and once in spain once again the team of men came and carefully brought it all to our new home. Such kindness and consideration in what can be an extremely stressful event. I cannot praise Indalo enough and would not hesitate to recommend them
