especially as i had recently lost my husband and was having to cope on my own. From the very first conversation, Paul was incredibly understanding, kind and patient. He made what i thought would be a very stressful process so much easier. The team handled everything with great care and professionalism even though on the first occasion they came to collect my belongings to put temporarily into storage I hadn’t got it all ready so Paul kindly arranged a return visit from the team to complete. I have received. The men arrived worked very quickly and packed, wrapped and secured things well. It was slightly more expensive than a Spanish firm . But I would not be allowed any access to my things in the year. I have twice needed items from my storage snd they have retrieved them from my pod. I had various boxes arrive after 2 months when I moved into a temporary rental . With the cheaper firm I could not have done this or had access to my pod. I highly recommend Indalo

Always answered a question or message quickly. The quote was very reasonable with the added advantage of being able to purchase the pack of packing boxes, paper, tape etc. Andy and his team turned up early on moving day and were super efficient and friendly. The delivery was equally good, nothing was too much trouble and they moved existing heavy furniture around for me. Ten out of ten.

Their unike storage systen is very user-friendly. Belongings are stored in a container (or more if needed). When I needed the stuff, they loaded the containers on a truck and brought them to the destination and unloaded. Not an item damaged - i am very happy!

Re timings, both days we got up extra early to be on time, however it’s all done now and in no way gives us a negative impression of Indalo Transport. On both days, Andy and his mate worked so hard and fast, it was impressive to see. Be assured that if anyone asks about moving and who they should use - you will be highly recommended! for moving my mother's furniture from Spain back to the UK. The whole process from initial contact through to packing and delivery was handled in a very friendly and efficient manner. It also worked out cheaper than hiring a van and then worrying about tolls, hotels, ferries and import duties!

My packing boxes delivered, the team in the UK who came to collect were so efficient, helpful, funny, easy to be around and did an amazing job. Friendly and thoughtful, moving my parents belongings back to the UK was emotional for me, but the guys who came to the house were caring and kind. They packed a couple of special items with care and I knew that they would travel safely. They took everything I requested, made me feel really comfortable with how they would look after everything. A change of circumstances meant it needed to stay with them for longer than expected in their storage. I needn’t have worried. It was all safely delivered 7 months later than originally planned.
