Once our decision to move was confirmed I sought a few quotes. Indalo were not the cheapest, but still competitive so I followed my gut instinct and went with them. From that moment on, the communication has been excellent, the agreed dates were stuck to, the quality of packaging materials was superb, and the packing and unpacking teams were professional, careful, respectful, and incredibly hard working, whilst maintaining a smile on their faces. Mick and Paul were always at the end of the phone answering my never ending questions. They were great during the video call looking into every cupboard and room to gauge what stuff we needed moving from the UK. They knew the area and the house we were moving to very well so this made it easier for us knowing this. When it came to packing day a team of lovely chaps wrapped and boxed everything in our home taking care with all our belongings. We left it completely to them just making cups of tea when needed. We were kept uptodate as to where our truck was and once in spain once again the team of men came and carefully brought it all to our new home. Such kindness and consideration in what can be an extremely stressful event. I cannot praise Indalo enough and would not hesitate to recommend them

especially as i had recently lost my husband and was having to cope on my own. From the very first conversation, Paul was incredibly understanding, kind and patient. He made what i thought would be a very stressful process so much easier. The team handled everything with great care and professionalism even though on the first occasion they came to collect my belongings to put temporarily into storage I hadn’t got it all ready so Paul kindly arranged a return visit from the team to complete. I have received. The men arrived worked very quickly and packed, wrapped and secured things well. It was slightly more expensive than a Spanish firm . But I would not be allowed any access to my things in the year. I have twice needed items from my storage snd they have retrieved them from my pod. I had various boxes arrive after 2 months when I moved into a temporary rental . With the cheaper firm I could not have done this or had access to my pod. I highly recommend Indalo

Always answered a question or message quickly. The quote was very reasonable with the added advantage of being able to purchase the pack of packing boxes, paper, tape etc. Andy and his team turned up early on moving day and were super efficient and friendly. The delivery was equally good, nothing was too much trouble and they moved existing heavy furniture around for me. Ten out of ten.

Their unike storage systen is very user-friendly. Belongings are stored in a container (or more if needed). When I needed the stuff, they loaded the containers on a truck and brought them to the destination and unloaded. Not an item damaged - i am very happy!
